Job Purpose
Manage the sales work of the company, lead the sales team to achieve the company's sales plan and goals.
Essential Functions
1. Strategic Planning and Sales Plan Management(20%)
1) Assist the GM in formulating an overall sales strategy plan based on the company's development strategy plan
2) Guide relevant personnel to conduct market information research, providing a basis for formulating sales plans and strategies
3) Assist the GM in formulating the company's annual sales plan and sales policies, and supervise the implementation of the plan
2. Market Information Collection(20%)
1) Responsible for collecting and analyzing market information within the competitors
2) Study the competitive environment of the industry, propose expected market demand, and provide rational suggestions
3. Market Development Management(30%)
1) Expand the market through various means and complete sales tasks
2) Cooperate with the marketing department to carry out various public relations activities, establish and expand a network of relationships with customers
3) Timely and properly handle problems that arise during market development
4. Iterative Optimization(20%)
International market demand in the industry is reverse input to the domestic departments, and collaborating with the authorities to continuously optimize and form a closed loop to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of future-oriented solutions 5.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
College degree above, majoring in science and technology is preferred
5 years’ technical sales experience with overlapping customer groups
Familiar with ICT testing, Labview functional testing of Agilent or TERADYNE preferred
Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of industrial automation industry, non-standard automation equipment preferred
Good self-drive, working independently and highly motivated
Good command of English, able to read and write effectively and communicate fluently orally

Job Purpose
Provide customers with solutions to the problems they encounter during product use, so as to improve customer satisfaction and enhance customer loyalty.
Essential Functions
1. Repair and Maintenance(70%)
1) Promptly diagnose and repair the fault, which may involve hardware, software, and system issues and requires professional skills, when the product malfunctions
2) Provide customers with regular maintenance like equipment cleaning, component replacement, and performance testing based on the product's characteristics and usage needs to extend its lifespan and keep it in good condition.
3) On - site repair and maintenance at the customer's location to solve problems and bring convenience.
2. Customer Feedback and Complaint Handling(20%)
1) Feedback Collection: Actively gather customers' opinions on products and services, understand their experiences and needs, using methods like phone follow - ups, questionnaires, and online reviews.
2) Complaint Handling: When customers complain about products or services, after - sales staff should respond positively, listen patiently, investigate, take action to solve problems, and quickly report the results to ensure proper resolution.
3) Analysis and Summary: Analyze customer feedback and complaints, identify product and service issues, and provide a basis for enterprise improvement.
3. Value-added Service(10%)
1) Product Information Consultation: Provide customers with various information about the product, such as product functions, usage methods, technical parameters, and performance characteristics.
2) Training Services: provide customers with usage training services to help them better master the product's usage methods and skills, improving customers' usage efficiency and satisfaction with the product.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
2 years’ technical experience in well-known companies in the field of industrial automation preferred
Skills & Abilities
√ Have a strong foundation in mechanism debugging, and be able to independently debug, analyze and handle problems with cylinders, sensors, guide rails, sliders, etc. ( 2 person)
√ Familiar with the principles and applications of electrical and electronic components (PLC, sensors, relays, solenoid valves, scanner guns, probes, etc.), wires, and gas line connections and can be skillfully operated. (2 person)
√ Proficiency in computer operation - focus on mechanical after-sales
√ Fluent in English
√ Familiar with computer operation and able to operate the computer and provide feedback under remote guidance
